Age Policy

We sell exclusively to adults 21 and older. No exceptions, no workarounds.

21+ only

You must be 21 years or older to browse, purchase, or receive Next Level Vape products. This applies in every US state, regardless of local tobacco purchase age.

How we verify

Site entry: a one-time age gate (remembered on your device).
Checkout: date-of-birth confirmation plus third-party ID verification on flagged orders.
Delivery: the carrier requires a 21+ adult signature with photo ID. No ID, no package.

Our commitment

We do not market to minors — no cartoon imagery, no youth-oriented influencers, no flavors or packaging designed to appeal to children. We support reasonable regulation that keeps vaping products out of the hands of minors while preserving access for adult smokers and vapers.
