Disposable Vapes Guide

Disposable vapes dominate the market — but puff counts, nicotine strengths, and pricing can be confusing. Here's everything explained plainly.
What does “puff count” actually mean?
Puff count is a manufacturer estimate of how many draws a device delivers — typically measured with short 1–2 second puffs. Real-world results vary: long, deep draws use more e-liquid per puff. Treat the number as a relative size indicator: a 50K device holds far more e-liquid than a 6K one, full stop.
How much nicotine is in a disposable?
Most disposables sold in the US contain 5% (50mg/mL) nicotine salt, which delivers a strong, fast-acting hit similar in feel to a cigarette. If you prefer less, look for lower-strength or nicotine-free options — and never start vaping if you don't already use nicotine.
Are bigger disposables better value?
Usually, yes — the cost per puff drops sharply as capacity rises. A 50K device at $24.99 costs a fraction per puff of a 6K at $14.99. But bigger devices are bulkier and commit you to one flavor longer, so balance value against variety.
Rechargeable vs. non-rechargeable
Large-capacity disposables include a USB-C port so you can vape every drop of e-liquid. Smaller devices are pre-charged and done when the battery dies. Rechargeable is both cheaper long-term and less wasteful — browse all disposables to compare.
How to dispose of them responsibly
Disposables contain lithium batteries — never throw them in household trash. Drop used devices at battery recycling points (many electronics stores accept them) or check our recycling guide included with every order.
