Changed your mind? We've got you — 30 days, no interrogation.
30-day returns
- Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, pods, and coils cannot be returned unless faulty.
- To start a return, contact support with your order number — we'll email a prepaid label within 1 business day.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong items
Something arrived broken or isn't what you ordered? Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the original.
Device warranty
- 90-day warranty on all devices (mods, pod systems, disposables) against manufacturing defects.
- Dead-on-arrival? We'll cross-ship a replacement the same day we confirm the fault.
- Warranty doesn't cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear (like coil degradation).
